Trial Policy: Upon receipt, you have one week to try your saddle. If it is not the fit you are comfortable with, you may return the saddle within ten days of receipt, in the same box and with the original shipping materials it came with. Saddles returned later than ten days of receipt will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. The saddle must be insured for the full value mentioned on the delivery form. The return address will be on the delivery form included in the box. The saddle should be returned in the same condition without any marks or damages. In case of return, a refund for the full amount of the saddle (shipping excluded) will be credited to your credit card account, the day of receipt in our office. Saddle Conditions: The saddle condition will be stated on the delivery form. The mention of "Normal wear", will stand for a saddle that has been used and shows normal wear, without any specific marks such as water stains, scratches etc. A saddle delivered in a condition other than "Normal wear" will be specified on the delivery form. Payment: The full sale price of the saddle will be charged on your credit card the day of the shipment. The customer will be responsible for the total cost of the shipping fee.
