Used Saddle Buyer’s Guide



At FrenchUsedSaddles.com, we strive to get you the used saddle that is right for you and your horse. We carry only the top French brands, including Antares, Devoucoux, Delgrange and Butet. We will take the time to help you, and will provide you with the same great customer service that we do for our custom-made Antarès saddles.


Payment:
The full sale price of the saddle, plus shipping costs, will be charged on your credit card prior to shipping. FrenchUsedSaddles.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Trial Policy:
We have a one week trial period, which starts on the day that you receive your saddle. If for any reason you are not comfortable in your saddle or you feel it does not properly fit you or your horse, you may return the saddle. Returned saddles must be returned within ten days of receipt, and you should ship the saddle back in the same box and with the original packing materials. So keep these items until you know you will be keeping the saddle! Saddles returned later than ten days after you received the saddle will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We highly recommend insuring the saddle for its full value, as specified on the delivery form. You are responsible from the time you receive it, until the time it is received back in our office. If the saddle is damaged, lost, or stolen while in your care, you will be responsible for the full cost of the saddle. 
If the saddle is returned, it should arrive back to our office in the same condition in which you received it. The condition will be stated on the delivery form. Please see the Saddle Condition Glossary for definitions of each condition.

In the case of a return, a full refund, less shipping, will be credited to your credit card account. Please allow 1-2 business days for the credit to appear on your statement once the saddle has been returned.

Saddles ship within 1-2 business days once payment is received.
All saddles are shipped via UPS Ground and are fully insured.  Saddles will arrive between 1 and 5 days after shipping.
Expedited shipping is available upon request for an additional cost – inquire about pricing.

Though saddle lists are updated as frequently as possible, we cannot guarantee that every saddle will be available for purchase. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience in the rare case that a saddle is listed and yet not available, and will make every effort to find a comparable saddle.
