FrenchUsedSaddles.com offers a one (1) week trial period for all saddles. Full payment of the saddle is required for all trials and we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. THE
DATE OF DELIVERY IS THE FIRST DAY OF THE SEVEN (7) BUSINESS DAY (MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, WEEKENDS ARE EXCLUDED) TRIAL PERIOD.
If for
any reason, you are not comfortable in the saddle or you feel it does
not properly fit you or your horse, you may return the saddle. SADDLES CANNOT BE RETURNED PAST THE SEVEN (7) BUSINESS DAY TRIAL PERIOD. REFUNDS WILL
NOT BE GRANTED ON SADDLES RECEIVED WITH A POSTMARKED OR SHIPMENT DATE
EXCEEDING THE SEVEN (7) BUSINESS DAY TRIAL PERIOD, AND ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL
BEYOND THE SEVEN (7) BUSINESS DAY TRIAL PERIOD. Proof of return shipment may be requested.
In the
case of a return, a full refund, less shipping, will be credited to your
credit card account. Please allow 1-2 business days for the credit to
be processed; the credit may take a few additional days to appear on
your statement.
We recommend keeping the box and packing materials until you have decided if you will be keeping the saddle or returning it. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges, which includes any packing materials, which is why we recommend keeping them until you have finalized your decision.
We highly recommend insuring the saddle for its full sale value, as you are responsible for the saddle from the time it is delivered to you until the time it is received back in our office. If the saddle is damaged, lost or stolen while in your care, you will be responsible for the full cost of the saddle.
If the saddle is returned, it should arrive back to us in the same condition in which you received it. The condition of the saddle will be listed on your confirmation and you can review the condition definitions in the Condition Glossary.

Saddles ship within 1-2 business days from the time of order.
All saddles are shipped via UPS Ground (1-5 business days) and are fully insured. Expedited shipping options are provided during check out.
**We do not ship saddles outside of the United States.**
